If you're considering building a new pool, and you want it to be as maintenance free as possible, consider having an in-floor cleaning system installed.

The one we prefer is the A & A Manufacturing Quikclean.  This system offers total circulation that distributes sanitized, filtered, cleaning water throughout the entire pool.  Once we design your pool, we send the drawing and all of your equipment specs to A & A.  The design team there figures out the proper placement for all of the floorheads.  They are placed so that the entire pool will be addressed with overlapping jet streams of water.  The floorheads sweep dirt and debris into suspension to be removed through the pool skimmer and main drain to the filter.  In about an hour, every square inch of your pool interior surface will be healthfully and hydraulically swept.

Your pool is always ready when you are.  There's no chance of bumping into robots or disrupting your pool cleaning and circulation times.  This means you can jump right in.  Anytime.  When you have this cleaning system, you can expect to spend minimal time maintaining your pool.

Proper Pool Care

Your swimming pool contains thousands of gallons of chemically treated water and represents a major investment by you. It is extremely important that you set up a program to manage this new responsibility.

Pool maintenance is very easy but it must be conducted on a regular basis. The water balance must be tested and adjusted no less often than weekly. Proper water balance is critical for the life of your pool surface, your pool equipment, and swimmer comfort.

With care, your swimming pool will be an investment that will bring years of enjoyment and pleasure. Neglecting your pool and pool equipment can cause problems that can be very expensive to remedy.
